Years ago, seems only Aussie and Kiwi knowing what flat white coffee is. Until now i still have some non-Aussie friends tease me with this subject -they claimed flat white is no difference than latte.

I disagreed.

Flat white is an espresso dominated white coffee, while the milk is there to add sweetness into the drink. A perfect cup of flat white is to free pour the velvet micro-foam milk into the espresso shot, resulting a thin layer of brown velvety  micro-foam sitting on top.

No froth, no liquid milk -just the best bit.
